new year's eve dinner 2011

During the year we have had quite a few requests to organise something nice for New Year's eve. So, here we go: Dinner at Eight has reserved a few tables at the Nuevo 37 Restaurant at the Hilton on South Wharf. We need 12 bookings minimum for the evening to go ahead, and we are hoping for at least 18 members, the more the merrier. The evening is a fully inclusive 3 course tapas dinner, Salsa dancing, live band and fireworks visible from the window of the restaurant and from the terras.

NYE Gourmet Dinner

Settle in for the night in this stylish riverside restaurant with a three-course chef's selection tapas set menu and house beer, wine, basic spirits and soft drinks. Ticket includes entry into our bar, Salsa NYE (which also includes beverages) after dinner.

Salsa the night away on the dance floor with our big Latin band and DJ.

Time: 8pm to 1am
Price: $150 per person

Our usual booking fee of $30 applies.

Parking is available next to the Hilton for $8.
